6 Everyday Things We Do That Are Actually Harmful to Us

Life is full of surprises, and some of them can be amazing. For example, when things you’ve been doing on a daily basis for years end up slowly but surely taking away your health points. Who would have thought that these seemingly harmless things could put you at risk? Well, it’s better to find out late than never.

We reveal 6 things that secretly prevent you from living a healthy life.

Toes curl excessively to hold slippers and are more prone to fungal infections. Also, it is not uncommon to have shin splints and muscular pains. Heel, back and knee pain is also familiar to slipper lovers. Another common problem is that squeezing too much the toe joint can make existing bunions worse.

Using mouthwash after brushing teeth

Use mouthwash only after eating or before brushing your teeth. When you brush your teeth with it, you rinse high-concentration fluoride into low-concentration fluoride, which attracts microbes. Eventually, this habit will lead to tooth decay.

Tight jeans reduce blood flow and basically starve your muscles for more oxygen. Tight jeans also cause fungal infections like yeast infections. In addition, they cause more frequent urination and even urinary problems.

Most air fresheners contain harmful chemicals that neutralize odors. They are also potential allergens and environmental toxins. Frequent use of artificial fragrances can cause lung damage and asthma.

It is also advisable to stay away from them since the air freshener industry is hardly controlled and we do not know if these products are safe for us.
